  This maxtreme test c is the real deal! If you get PIP on this, it’s probably due to poor injection technique. I usually pin this in both quads, leaving it on one week and moving it to the other the next. My right quad usually gets PIP, but this is due to my poor pinning technique. If you’re pinning, make sure your needle is at least 1 inch long and that it’s firmly pressed into the skin. If you inject in a shallow area, you will almost certainly get bad PIP that will hurt for a week. Remember that muscle tissue has few nerves and will hurt the next day after you inject it.
